Hi there. My name is Bobby Lambert. I’m the director of bands at Wando High School in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. I’m also a board member of the Servant Leadership Association for Music (on the website that you are on right now), I was asked to give a little bit of a testimonial about how servant leadership has impacted our program. And I think the best way that I can do that is to give you an idea of how I came to understand servant leadership.
